Guideline for Poster Presentation

Dear Poster Presenter

Your participation in the poster session is a valuable part of this year’s program, providing opportunities for significant communication with interested attendees.

As a presenter, you must register for the meeting. If you have not registered please contact to Palma Travel Agency to register and visit our website (www.euchis07.hacettepe.edu.tr) for detailed information regarding the meeting. The Final Program Guide will be available online soon.  The program guide includes a complete listing of presentations, scheduled times, and their locations.

The following information is provided to assist you in the preparation of your poster presentation.

The poster schedule is listed below. All posters will be displayed at the Golden Hall of the conference Center.

POSTER SESSION  I (Sunday, 9 September)
Posters can be set up                           08:00 – 09:00     
Posters Available for Viewing                 10:00 – 18:30  
Authors Present by their posters            13:30 – 14:00   
Poster Session Dismantle                     18:30                 

POSTER SESSION  II (Monday, 10 September-Tuesday, 11 September)
Posters can be set up                           08:00 – 09:00     
Posters Available for Viewing                 10:00 – 13:30  (Monday)
10:00 – 14:15  (Tuesday)
Authors Present by their posters            12:15 – 13:00  (Monday)
13:45 – 14:15  (Tuesday)
Poster Session Dismantle                     15:40    (Tuesday)

Poster Board
You will be provided a poster board that is 150 cm (height) × 90 cm (width) for mounting your descriptive material. Poster titles are not provided. Poster boards will be arranged numerically and will be organized by area of topic. Poster locations correspond to the number assigned to each poster. Be sure to bring any supplies you may need for attaching your poster to the poster board. These supplies should include double-sided tape.
